Mr. James S. Hong was admitted to the California State Bar in 1989 and is licensed to practice before the California Supreme Court and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Hong began practicing immigration and deportation law in 1989. Mr. Hong’s legal expertise covers immigration, deportation, wrongful death, personal injury, and criminal litigations. He is the Firm’s principal litigator, and he has successfully tried numerous complex deportation and litigation cases including acquitting a defendant in a murder trial.
